The project team will run focus groups and pilot groups consisting of participants who are adult literacy learners and tutors from various community organiszations within the border counties.
In these groups, the development workers will explore with tutors and learners what they determine to be the issues of equality/connections between adult literacy and equality.
The tutors and learners will experience and evaluate text-free and innovative methodologies (such as zipper sculpturing and popular theatre) that will be employed in the explorations.
